MGE OPS is a spinoff of MGE UPS Systems, that was purchased by Eaton-Cutler Hammer.  This company is what was formerly the worldwide single phase, power conditioner, and inverter lines from MGE UPS Systems, Inc. (Now APC/MGE Critical Solutions)
